Take a 200 ml spray bottle and fill it with fresh water. Add 2 teaspoons of chamomile floral water that you can find in organic stores or the bio department of your supermarket and close the spray bottle. Send two to three sprays into the nursery before bedtime, and baby will be calm and sleep easily.
